We’re making it easier to complete your outreach workflows. Here’s what’s coming:
- Easily confirm consent when enrolling a client: When you’re enrolling a client, you’ll see a prompt for obtaining consent right in the status update window.
- Cancel out of an AI Scribe recording: Accidentally started a recording before you were ready? Now you can cancel out of it.
- Access Snapshot and Screener from MPI notes: When writing an MPI note you’ll see new buttons at the bottom that will open the Screener and Snapshot. This way you can complete all the MPI elements in one go.
- Track completion of MPI elements: There’s a new MPI tracker on the client chart that will show you which components of the MPI have been completed for your clients who are currently enrolled.
Why
There’s a lot that goes into enrolling clients and we wanted to make it easier to complete all the steps, from consenting your client through confirming you’ve completed all elements of the MPI. We also wanted to streamline the process for canceling out of a recording and avoid creating draft notes from recordings when you might have meant to cancel the recording in the first place
How
These updates will be on the app on August 6, 2026!

The basics: Head over to the client chart and you’ll see all these changes live.
- Pick an enrolled client with a complete MPI in the client list and confirm that all MPI elements are showing up as complete on their MPI tracker.
- Pick an enrolled client with an incomplete MPI from the list list and check out what MPI elements they’re missing on their MPI tracker.
