What
We’re updating presets so that you can:
1. Have more detailed goals in your presets: Previously, the dotphrase you used to find a preset was the same as the name of the preset goal. Now the dotphrase used for finding a preset is separate from the goal description, so you can add more details to your goal.
2. Automatically add presets to a client chart when they enroll in a program: Previously, presets could only be added manually to a client chart. Now you can configure presets so they are added automatically to a client chart when that client is enrolled. For example, if you are working with clients in a post-hospitalization program, you can configure a “PCP follow-up” preset to automatically be added to all client charts.
Why
We wanted to make it easier to find presets and to make it more clear what the goal of the preset was. In addition, we heard that it would be helpful to have presets that could be automatically added to all clients’ charts once they are enrolled to help track Goals that are important to all clients in certain programs.
How
Presets have to be created and configured by an IMPaCT account lead. Presets that are active for a program can be accessed by all users in the Roadmaps section. If you’d like to update your organization’s presets or set certain presets to be automatically added to clients’ charts upon enrollment please reach out to your account lead!
As always, please reach out to us at support@impactcarehq.com if you have any questions. We hope you enjoy these updates!
*As a reminder, presets are pre-made roadmaps with Goals and To-dos that can be easily added to your clients’ Roadmaps. You can access them when working in a client chart by typing a period in the Goals section to see a list of presets that are available for your client. See these release notes for more details about presets.
