What
We’re updating the client list so you can complete outreach and enrollment workflows all in one place! Here’s what’s coming:
- MRNs on the client list: We’ve replaced the IMPaCT ID with the MRN/Client ID on the client list. You can also search for your client by MRN/Client ID or IMPaCT ID in the Search field.
- Change status and leave a note: You can now click on a client’s status to change it! After you change the status you’ll have the option to leave a note for that client about what sparked the status change.
- Easily access key client information: When you hover over a client name on the client list, you’ll see a tooltip with their IMPaCT ID, age, language (if it’s not English), and phone number.
- See your client’s next outpatient appointment: A new “OP” (short for outpatient) column on the right tells you your client’s next outpatient appointment. If your client doesn’t have an upcoming appointment, it will show you their most recent outpatient appointment that’s in the IMPaCT app.
Why
We wanted to streamline your workflows and minimize the need to go back and forth between the client list and client chart. With outpatient visits, we wanted to make it easier for you to see which clients have an important appointment coming up so you can plan accordingly. We hope these updates will make working in the IMPaCT app more efficient and enjoyable.
How
These updates will be on the app the week of July 13, 2026!
- The basics: Head over to the client list and you’ll see all these changes live. The next time you outreach a client or change their status, try doing it from the client list!
- Pro tips:
- Try adding one of your client’s outpatient visits to the Medical Visits section of their chart. You’ll see that the date of their visit appears on the client list and you can see its location when you hover over the date.
