Since the client list is your hub for outreach you have the option to create notes from the client list. Depending on your workflow you may have already completed your outreach to your client and need to update their status and leave a note or you may be using AI Scribe which allows you to create your note as you speak with your client.
- Find your client in the client list, navigate to the status column and click on the status button
2. The status button will open up a window that will allow you to update status.
3.Update and confirm the client’s status.
- A toast message will appear confirming the status change was successful.
- Then depending on the status change, the window may update with the option to leave a note.
- If AI Scribe is turned on for your organization, you will see a record button that will allow you to use the feature.
- You can create and finalize a note. However if you are not ready, you can click on the ‘X’ and visit your client’s chart later to leave a note. If you would like to create a Draft note you can do so by using AI Scribe or typing into the note and any other fields you would like to capture and then closing the window out.
Tip: The note type that is triggered depends on the status your client is updated to. If your client is not yet enrolled, you will see an Outreach note triggered. For clients updated to Enrolled you will see your Meet the Person Interview triggered. Other status changes like Withdrawn, may not trigger a note.
