What: We’re adding a new element, a re-eligibility flag, to the client list and client profiles. This flag lets you know when clients who have previously closed out or did not enroll have become eligible for enrollment again (are re-eligible) and would be good candidates for outreach.
To help you more easily manage your outreach list, we’re also updating the “Outreach” Action filter. Selecting this filter will show you clients who need outreach because they are Pre-outreach status or are re-eligible.
Lastly, we’re making a few updates to the History section of the client status window, so you can track all of the updates that have occurred in a client’s eligibility and status throughout their journey.
Why: Earlier this year we stopped cycling clients back to Pre-outreach when they came in on new eligibility lists (find more details here). However, this meant that you couldn’t tell when closed out clients or clients who previously did not enroll had become eligible again for outreach. This update solves that problem!
How: You’ll see these re-eligibility flags start to pop up within the next month based on how often your organization updates the eligibility list. If your organization updates the eligibility list every day, you’ll see these re-eligibility flags within a few days. If your organization updates the eligibility list every week or month, it will take at least a week or month, respectively, to see these new re-eligibility flags. When you’re ready, here’s how to check them out:
-
The basics:
- Go to the client list and select Outreach from the Action filter. Find a client who is re-eligible and hover over the re-eligibility icon to see the details!
- For the re-eligible client, go to their chart and find their status history (you can access this by hitting the “Update status” button). Notice that you can see the re-eligibility icon there as well with the same details.
- Level-up: Looking for a refresher on client statuses? Take a look at this help center article.
