We’re updating the Outreach report on July 8!
What: We’re updating the Outreach report to integrate the removal of the Maybe status and the addition of the Ineligible status. (Read more about those changes in the release notes for client statuses and the Ineligible status.) Here’s what’s changing:
- Clients that previously were in the “Maybe” category in the report will be reassigned to the Declined category. These were all clients who said “Maybe” then didn’t get back to us for 2 weeks, which means they essentially declined enrollment by never getting back to us.
- There is a new category for the “Ineligible” metric that you’ll see in both the Rates and Metrics section. This captures how many clients were marked as Ineligible during the reporting period.
- Lastly, we are rearranging the report so that the total outreach pool is at the top of the report and updating the metric so it reflects the total number of clients who were eligible for outreach during the reporting period.
Why: Tracking outreach outcomes is fundamental to knowing how you’re doing in reaching out to and enrolling clients! These updates will keep the report in sync with all the latest updates in the IMPaCT app.
How: These updates will all be live in the app on July 8.
