There’s a new client status coming to the IMPaCT app on July 8!
What: A new client status called “Ineligible” is being added to the IMPaCT app. This is for clients who are not yet enrolled and no longer qualify for your CHW program. For example, let’s say a client qualifies for a program for Tennessee residents, then has moved to another state by the time they are outreached for enrollment. You would mark this client as Ineligible.
Since the Ineligible status is related to outreach, we’ve updated the Outreach report to include it. You can learn more about this in the Outreach report release notes!
Why: We heard your feedback that ineligible clients needed their own category on your client list and outreach reports. This new status will help you track how many clients are not enrolling due to their eligibility rather than turning down enrollment.
How: These updates will all be live in the app on July 8.

The basics:
- Check out the client list “Status” filter and see that you’ve got the new Ineligible status there.
- Check out the “Update status” window for a Pending client – you’ll see Ineligible as one of the options!
- Pro-tips: The Ineligible status is best used during outreach. It’s not intended for Enrolled clients. If you have an Enrolled client whose eligibility changes, they should be marked Withdrawn, just as they are today.
