What
We’re giving the reports an update to match the updates in the app and to add new metrics. Here’s what’s changing:
- Coordinators on reports. Coordinators can play a big role in supporting client outreach so we’re giving them their own space in reports. Now when you pick your report parameters you can select coordinators just as you select CHWs.
- Simplified Outreach report. The Outreach report has been streamlined to contain only outreach metrics. If you need closeout metrics you will still find those in the Closeout report!
- More details on time spent. The Activity, Progress, and Closeout reports have new metrics that help you better understand how CHWs are spending their time. You’ll be able to see how much time was spent supporting clients as well as time spent on documentation and time spent without supporting clients.
- Updated engagement metrics. With this release we’ve updated note fields so that CHWs can keep track of when they worked with a client, their family/friend, or a healthcare provider. Going forward, the engagement metrics in all reports (found in the “ENGAGEMENT” section) will be based on encounters when a CHW engaged or attempted to engage a client. All other metrics such as encounter type and encounters with certain types of support provided will be based on all encounters whether or not they were with the client or another party.
- A new metric for research and administrative work. The updated note fields will also allow CHWs to keep track of when they do work on behalf of a client. You’ll be able to see how many encounters are being spent this way just like you can the number of encounters in different settings.
- More client details in raw data reports. We’ve added more profile information into the raw data reports including referral status, PCP name, and PCP organization. This way you can run your own analyses based on the client parameters most important to you.

These updates will help you get the most out of the more detailed information that’s now being collected in the application. You’ll be able to better understand the different ways CHWs are working with their clients and the time that goes into their efforts.

These updates will all be live in the app with the billing release in June 2026.
