We recently found and addressed a bug affecting our reports. This issue was addressed in a release on 4/1/26 and is no longer affecting the app.
Reports affected: Closeout report, Progress report
Metric affected: SDOH % of needs supported
Issue: When this % was being calculated, "None" was included as a need in the denominator, but not the denominator. It should note have been included in either the numerator or the denominator. With this bug fix, "None" was no longer counted as a need in the denominator.
This means that the metric SDOH % of needs supported was incorrectly appearing as too low in the past and, with this fix, will increase.
Please note that for the metrics absolute of "Average number of social needs per client" and "Average number of social needs supported per client", the absolute counts for these metrics have been correct. Only the % calculation was affected.
