On October 29, 2025, we resolved 2 bugs were affecting reports in the IMPaCT app. The bugs and their details are below:
Reports affected: Closeout report, Progress report
Metric affected: Percent of clients engaged at the recommended interval
Issue: There was an error that caused this metric to appear lower than it actually was.
Details: This metric should be calculated based on the recommended engagement interval which, for most programs, is 2 weeks. The error caused this metric to be calculated based on the recommended engagement attempt interval which, for most programs, is 1 week. The error caused clients engaged every 2 weeks to count as not meeting the target since the system was mistakenly looking for engagement every 1 week.
Resolved: Oct 29, 2025 – reports downloaded since this date have had the correct data
Reports affected: Activity report, Closeout report, Progress report
Metric affected:
- Clients with Meet the person completed (Closeout and Progress reports)
- Clients with Snapshot completed (Activity, Closeout, and Progress reports affected)
Issue: There was an error that caused these metrics to appear lower than they actually were.
Details: A snapshot should be counted as completed when it has content in it during the reporting period – it doesn’t matter whether that content was added before or during the reporting period. The error caused the snapshot to be counted as completed only if it was modified during the reporting period. Since the Snapshot is part of Meet the person, an incomplete Snapshot means the Meet the person metrics were also lower.
Resolved: Oct 29, 2025 – reports downloaded since this date have had the correct data
