We recently completed a comprehensive review of the reporting features in the IMPaCT app and wanted to share with you the issues that we found. These issues have been addressed in a release the morning of 1/22/26 and are no longer affecting the app.
Reports affected: Activity report, Closeout report, Progress report
Metrics affected: Benefits & Insurance metrics:
- Number of clients with a Benefits & insurance need
- Number of clients with Benefits & insurance need supported
- Average number of encounters per client with Benefits & insurance need supported
Issue: These metrics were accidentally left out of these reports, however they were still counted in the metrics Average number of social needs per client and Average number of social needs supported per client.
Reports affected: Closeout report, Progress report
Metrics affected:
- Average number of social needs per client
- Average number of social needs supported per client
Issue: These metrics were including "None" in the count of social needs, making them appear higher than they actually were.
Report affected: Activity report
Metrics affected:
- Clients with MPI note completed
- Clients with Screener completed
Issue: There was an error that caused these metrics to appear higher than they actually were. Instead of counting clients who had an MPI note or Screener completed during the reporting period, we were counting clients who had an MPI note or Screener completed at any point in their enrollment up through the end of the reporting period.
We apologize for any inconvenience these issues have caused and we are here to help with any questions you have at support@impactcarehq.com.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
