What: We’re giving the reports a major update to make it easier to find and understand the data you need! Here’s what’s changing:

A new report. You’ll now have four reports!
- Outreach report: Tracks outreach, enrollment and graduation
- Activity report: Tracks discrete activities (e.g. screenings, visits)
- Progress report (New!): Tracks key performance indicators for enrolled clients
- Closeout report (previously called the Impact report): Tracks key performance indicators for closed-out clients
- Improved navigation. The homepage for each report has been updated with a new graphic to help you understand how each report works so you can find the one you need.
- Program break-outs. Reports will now have their information broken out by program as well as CHW so you can get all the information you need in one file.
- Updated way of calculating unique clients. We've updated how unique client metrics are calculated based on your feedback. You told us that sometimes program leaders want to count re-enrollments, and sometimes they don’t. Now, the unique client column is de-duplicated, i.e. it removes re-enrollments for a given client. For example, if Mrs. Jones re-enrolls in the program, the ‘All_enrollments’ column counts her twice, while the ‘Unique_clients’ column counts her as one person.
- Counts and percentages. You’ll see counts in addition to percentages so you can get the information you need without doing extra math.
- Better tracking of transferred clients. Transfers are when clients get moved from one program to another while they’re still enrolled. We’ve updated reports and the client list so that everything that happens during an enrollment (e.g., MPI, roadmaps) are counted even if the client is transferred.
Why: With these updates you’ll be able to keep track of how clients and CHWs are doing over their whole journey from enrollment through closeout.
How: These updates will all be live in the app on October 7.
