We’re making updates to categories in the Screener and Type of Support on September 11, 2025!
What: We’re updating the wording of a few questions in the Screener and renaming one Type of Support.
Why: We’ve heard it’s helpful to have more detail in Screener questions to better capture client needs. We’re also making a small update to a “Type of Support” category to keep categories consistent between the Screener and Types of Support.
How: You’ll see these changes live in the app when you sign in on September 11.
- The basics:
- For the Screener, you’ll see:
- Updated wording for the Mental Health question to be more descriptive.
- Updated wording for the Financial Stability question to make it more specific to finances.
- Two new questions under the Activities of Daily Living category to capture whether the client receives care or has accessibility needs.
- For both the Screener and Type of Support, the Housing category has been renamed Housing & Home Repair to clarify that it encompasses housing-related needs.
- For the Screener, you’ll see:
- Pro-tip: These changes won’t affect your historic data. You’ll see the new category name in reports after the next set of reporting updates happening this fall.
