An update to the client list is coming the week of August 4!
What: We’re updating the client list to allow customization of “Last Contact” and “Mgr Review” date-highlighting rules! Currently these dates turn red when it’s been more than 2 weeks since the last time the client was reached or their chart was reviewed by a manager. We’re making an update so that you can decide the rules for turning that date red.
Why: Different CHW programs can have different standards for how often clients are reached and charts are reviewed. For example, intensive programs might aim for clients to be reached every week, while longer-term programs aim for once a month. This update allows the app to support the standards most relevant to you and your team!
How: These standards can be modified by your IMPaCT account lead. We recommend taking the following steps:
- First, decide whether you need these settings updated. The current settings are 2 weeks for both the “Last Contact” and “Mgr Review” fields.
- If you don’t want them updated, no further action is needed.
- If you do want them updated, or you’re not sure, please reach out to your IMPaCT account lead. They will also be covering these updates at an upcoming check-in.
