A new feature called Presets is arriving in the IMPaCT app on April 29!
What: Presets are pre-made roadmaps with Goals and To-dos that can be easily added to your clients’ Roadmaps.
Why: Presets are great for common roadmaps that you use with many clients and for important roadmaps your organization wants to keep track of at a program or CHW level. Find that you’re supporting a lot of clients with getting out of the house more? Make it a preset! Want to track which clients are getting connected to primary care? Make it a preset!
How: Presets have to first be created and turned on for each program by an IMPaCT account lead. After this, all users will be able to access presets for their clients in their Roadmaps.
- The basics:
- For supervisors, your account lead will be taking you through presets in an upcoming biweekly. Together, you can create presets for your programs and turn them on for CHWs!
- Once presets have been activated for a program, you can access the list of presets by typing a period (.) in the Goals view of a client’s Roadmaps.
- Pro-tips:
- Select a preset from the list and make some modifications to its To-dos. You’ll notice you can edit a preset’s To-dos, add new To-dos, and even clear To-dos before you save it as a roadmap.
- Once you save a preset, it acts just like a regular Roadmap – you can complete it, abandon it, and modify its To-dos.
- Lastly, you can’t edit the Goal description of a pre-set. If you need to change the Goal, we recommend creating a new roadmap from scratch. This is so that presets remain consistent at the Goal level even if specific To-dos are changed.
