We are excited to share that our reports are getting an upgrade on February 6, 2025.
What: In the past when you’ve run a report and selected CHWs or programs, you’ve had to either select ‘All’ or a single option. Now you’ll have a multi-select option: you can choose any CHWs or programs of interest.
When you download the report, you’ll be able to see columns for each CHW you’ve selected so that you can compare metrics across your team.
Why: You want to pick and choose! You may want to pull outcomes only for two particular programs. You might want to compare outreach rates between two CHWs. Now you can.
How: All these updates will be available when you sign in on February 6, 2025!
- The basics:
- Head over to the Reporting module, pick a report, then go ahead and select your program(s) and CHW(s) of interest. You’ll be able to choose all, multiple, or just one in each category.
- Hit download and check out how the report breaks out the metrics for the whole group of CHWs selected and individual CHWs.
