What: The Activity report tells you about what happened for enrolled clients —e.g. encounters, screenings, roadmaps— during a given time period.
Why: This report includes clients at various stages of their enrollment: some clients may have only been enrolled for a week, others may have already had a lot of support and are getting ready to graduate. Therefore the metrics are highly influenced by the stage of your clients and may not be generalizable. So, we don’t recommend using these as quality metrics (the Quality report is coming out next!)
However, the Activity report is super valuable for two scenarios:
- A funder asks you what you did during a given time period:
- How many clients did you work with during the grant period?
- How many home visits did you do last month?
- How many clients did you screen for social needs this quarter?
- You want a quick read on trends for your enrolled clients without having to wait for closeout data that can lag for months:
- Did we spend more time with clients this month than we did last month?
- How many roadmaps did my team complete for their active patients this week?
- Are we seeing an uptick in the number of screenings that are positive for substance use?
How: All these updates will be at your fingertips when you sign on 11/13/24!
