What: We’re updating the status pop-up. It’s what appears when you click on the “Update status” button.
We’re also updating how certain statuses are managed. The changes are all based on your feedback:

You: Why is there a notes section in the status pop-up? I’d rather write an Enrollment note that explains my outreach, so that all my notes are in one place.
- Us: Done! (We also migrated all your old status notes into Enrollment notes in the Notes section for you).

You: I like the history section in the status pop-up, but I want to see more info. I want to see any change of program, status, and CHW assignment.
- Us: You got it!

You: It’s annoying that the Pending filter is automatically on when I get to the Client List.
- Us: Gonzo!

You: Can you please keep Declined clients marked as Declined (instead of auto-cycling back to Pre-outreach)? That way, I don’t repeatedly outreach a client who just said no.
- Us: Awesome!

You: Can you also keep Graduated clients marked as Graduated (instead of auto-cycling back to Pre-outreach as soon as they show up on an eligibility list). That way, I don’t outreach a client who just graduated.
- Us: Yes! We took the hint and made the same changes to the Lost to follow-up and Withdrawn statuses. :) However, if a client in Declined, Graduated, Withdrawn, or Lost to follow-up shows up on an eligibility list after 6 months, they’ll auto-cycle back to Pre-outreach. We figured that after that long, clients should get a crack at CHW support again.
- You: We want CHWs to be able to mark their own goals as complete or abandoned so they're not waiting on a supervisor to keep track of their progress.
Us: You've got it! CHWs can complete and abandon goals!
