Additional values added to the Time Spent field
The Time Spent field for client notes is being updated to include additional values that are less than 15 minutes and more than 120 minutes (2 hours).
- For values less than 15 minutes the values added are: 0 min, 5 min, and 10 min
- For values greater than 120 minutes the values added are: 2 hr 30 min, 3 hr, 3 hr 30 min, 4 hr, and greater than 4 hr
To accommodate these changes, the field is being updated to a drop-down so values can be more easily selected.
The goal of these changes is to allow for more accurate documentation of encounters where the client was not reached and to more capture visits of longer duration with greater accuracy.
Addition of a “None” option and alphabetization of Resources in the Type of Support field
A “None” category is being added to the Type of Support field. This is meant to be selected when the CHW attempted to contact a client but did not reach them.
The categories under “Resources” have been alphabetized to increase ease of navigating categories
Resolved Issues
Manually entered clients will have a status record on date of creation
This release addresses a bug where there was not a record in the status history for the date of creation of new clients added by users. Now when a new client is created by a user, the date of creation and the status assigned at time of creation will be visible in the status history list in the “Update status” pop-up.
Local storage will be cleared when inactive CHW persists on CHW filter on client list and disrupts filter functionality
This fix removes inactive CHWs from local storage on the user’s device when there is a mismatch between the list of active CHWs on the client list filter and the list of CHWs in local storage. Previously, if a CHW had a new account created and an old account inactivated the old account could remain in local storage on their device. This would cause the CHW filter in the client list to malfunction and return an empty list when the CHW tried to clear all filters and view the full client list.
