What: We are making updates to the Client Profile Page to help you capture more detailed client information.
Here’s what’s changing:
1. New sections for Insurance and Billing
We’ve created a dedicated section for capturing Insurance information. In addition, if your organization is billing, you’ll see a new Billing section in the profile that will only be relevant for any organization that is billing. Read more about the Billing section in this help center article.

Before you were not able to determine who the insurance belonged to. Now In addition, you can keep track of whether the “Insured is the same as client”, meaning that the client is the insurance holder. If another person is the insurance holder you can capture the necessary information about that person.
Lastly, the Insurance Category dropdown has been updated. Managed Medicare has been renamed as Medical Advantage and Self-pay has been renamed Uninsured. The Dually eligible category has been removed. Previous Dually eligible entries have been converted to have list the plan under both Medicaid and Medicare.

Why?
Having more detailed note information helps everyone – CHWs, supervisors, and program sponsors – have a fuller picture of the work being done. This information will help you spot trends in how clients are being supported and identify strengths and opportunities in the work being done. In addition, if your organization is planning to bill for CHW work, these updates will help you capture the data needed to submit claims.
How?
These updates will be on the app starting the week of June 8, 2026!
