The Health Tracker has alerts to notify you when a client has a concerning health metric that may need further attention from a supervisor. You’ll see these alerts when the following values are entered:
- Blood glucose that is lower than 55 mg/dL or higher than 240 mg/dL
- Blood pressure that is higher than 180 mmHg
- Any time you enter a score for the PHQ-9 depression screener, we’ll remind you that it’s concerning if your client’s score is higher than 14, or if they are having thoughts of harming themselves.

These alerts will display when you enter a value that meets any of the criteria above and will look like this:
Alerts with historical values and editing values
When you view historical values that fall in these ranges, you'll see an icon next to value that signals it's a concerning value. For historical PHQ-9 values this icon appears when the score is >14.
Lastly, when editing a past value, if the new value you enter meets the alert threshold, then an alert will appear:
