- New Billing Section for organizations that are billing
This section is intended for billers and coordinatorsIt helps you keep track of a client’s Billing Program, the Ordering Provider, and Billing Site.There is also space for recording relevant medical and SDOH diagnosis codes. Let’s go through each of these sections in more detail.
- Billing Program,Ordering Provider, and Billing Site
Billing Program, Ordering Provider, and Billing Site fields help keep track of information needed for claim generation. The choices available for these fields will be configured by your IMPaCT account lead. Use the Start and End Dates to keep track of the relevant dates for each Billing Program, Ordering Provider, and Billing Site.
- Primary Medical Diagnosis and Z codes
Continuing down the page you’ll see a space where you can enter the Primary Medical Diagnosis for the client and its acuity. You can also add any Z codes that have been identified by the Ordering Provider.

Everything is organized in one place allowing Billing Coordinators to easily complete audits.
